TheTheSecondInternationalConferenceonUncertaintyTheory(ICUT2011),oneofannualconferencesfortheInternationalconsortiumforUncertaintyTheory(ICUT),willbeheldinLhasa,thespiritualandpoliticalcapitalofTibet,China.LhasameansinTibetan"thelandofgods".Therearenumerousscenicspotsandhistoricalattractions,amongwhichPotalaPalace,JokhangTemple,NamtsoLake,andGrandCanyonofYarlungZangboRiverarethemostfamous.Theconferenceaimstobringtogetherresearchersallovertheworldforexchangingnewideasandpresentingnewadvancesinthetheoreticalandpracticalareasofuncertaintytheory.Researchdiscussionsamongparticipantswillalsobeheldduringthetour.
